About Our Principal
Eugenie Stragalinos is the founder and owner of EMS Consulting. Eugenie has over 30 years' experience spanning both private and public sectors guiding clients and businesses to improve results and implement complex business transformation and organisational change.
Eugenie has significant experience working with executives and leadership teams to navigate the challenges of company mergers and transformation from traditional business models to ones that are fit-for-purpose and future-focused.
Eugenie works with clients to improve performance and achieve excellence through process redesign and improvement, adoption of new technologies, talent development and retention, cultural and change management, community engagement, organisational realignment and customer-centric service delivery. Industries served include financial services, community-owned banking, not-for-profit and utilities such as the water industry.
Before founding her consulting business, Eugenie played a pivotal role in the integration of ASX listed companies, AXA and AMP in 2011, as well as the 2012 transformation of the $2 billion Northern Victorian Irrigation Renewal Project into Goulburn-Murray Water's Connections Project.
As a highly motivated driver for change, Eugenie's proven commitment to customers and stakeholders is demonstrated through her commitment to organisations whose aspiration is to be a community-minded performance driven business. She has extensive experience in ensuring appropriate involvement of customers, political and other stakeholders and importantly the community in driving results for an organisation.
Eugenie is involved in a diverse range of community groups across Victoria including:

- Former Director of Greater Shepparton Connected Community
- Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
She has a Bachelor of Commerce from Latrobe University, is a Certified Practising Accountant (CPA), a Fellow of the Williamsons Community Leadership Programme, is an International Association for Public Participation (IAP2) certified practitioner and an OISIN, Graduate, Coaching for Cultural Transformation.
